More tools (many more than kit#2) makes your lamp working and bead making a little more fun and easy. Everything you would need to make glass beads, glass buttons or glass marbles. Just add a bottle of propane or propoline gas (MAPP Glass), add some Moretti Glass Rods, and some instruction and you are ready to melt glass.

If you want to use a bulk (large) propane gas tank instead of the small disposable tanks, we will substitute a different work surface (#1631) and bracket. In addition you will need to order either the 5 or 12 foot the hose adaptor. Choose between the 5 or 12 foot hose. You can also upgrade this small work surface to a larger size. We would calculate the difference in cost. |

Glass Rod Rests
This movable rod rest is used to support glass rods to keep them up off the flame worker's workbench
for easier grabbing, better organization, and to keep the glass rods cleaner.
The rippled edge keeps the rods from rolling around.
These durable stainless steel rod holders can also be placed inside a glass bead kiln to support your mandrels.
