Iridizing Spray

Iridizing spray for decorating glass beads, marbles, scultpures, pipes and anything glass. Chemical to iridize glass beads, marbles, sculptures, pipes, anything glass. Less toxic and less corrosive than all other iridizing chemicals like stannous chloride solution Bullseye Glass uses to irridize their glass. Good results are achieved when the glass is a low 1000 degree F. when sprayed. An air brush seems to work the best for applying, but has an annoying tendency to clog nozzles. Therefore it is best to use the simple type of airbrushes that are easy to clean like the ones we sell. Always use adequate ventilation.

How to use: When you are done working the glass on a torch, quickly transport the glowing glass to the spray area. When the glow is gone spray the glass. A small amount of spray gives a silver finish. More spray brings out more colors. Put glass directly into the annealing kiln. Do not reheat or the finish will burn off and you will have to respray.

Can only be shipped by ground in the continental USA. Must be sent in its own box without any other items.
